These links provide several forms you can use for questions, registration, and
incident reporting regarding PhotoViewer products. Problems encountered
by users of PhotoViewer for Windows will be given lower priority since
they are not paying customers. Registered users of PhotoViewer PLUS for Windows
will be given higher priority when reporting problems.
We will respond as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that we are a
small business with, literally, a staff of one person!
Sometimes, our staff of one is out of town delivering
training, other times we may be working on a contract deadline, so please be
understanding in these cases.
